Dies gilt sowohl für die samba-console als auch für imc und imc-common.<br /> <br /> Aber die Konfiguration hat es in sich ...<br /> <br /> ==== Konfiguration ====<br /> <br /> Die Datei imc.xml muss ertsmal den eigenen Bedürfnissen angepasst werden. Das ist erstmal nicht weiter schwierig, die Datei ist gut dokumentiert.<br /> <br /> Bei dem Versuch sich an der Samba Console zu Authentifizieren kann man leicht an der zweiten Hürde scheitern.<br /> <br /> Die INSTALL Datei sagt vollgendes :<br /> <br /> You must have an account that belongs to group 'Domain Admins' or<br /> 'Account Operator' to be able to access Samba Console<br /> <br /> <br /> Und dies ist wörtlich zu sehen !!!<br /> Man benötigt hierzu eine Gruppe die exakt &quot;Domain Admins&quot; oder &quot;Account Operator&quot; heißt,<br /> also z.B cn=Domain Admins, ou=groups, o=meineFirma, c=de<br /> <br /> Dem Programm reicht es nicht wenn im SambaGroupMapping die SID mit -512 endet ....<br /> <br /> Wenn man dieser Gruppe einen User zuordnet kann man sich endlich an der Samba Console anmelden und dort seine Accounts bearbeiten.<br /> <br /> ==== Fazit ====<br /> Interessant für alle die vorher schon ihre Accounts mit den smbldap-tools verwaltet haben ...<br /> <br /> Ich persönlich ziehe den LAM vor da ich dort mehr Möglichkeiten habe auch die selteneren Optionen des Accounts zu verändern, aber es lohnt sich auf jeden Fall einfach mal einen Blick auf die Samba-Console zu werfen.<br /> <br /> <br /> _________________</div>
