Root werden:

su -

Treiber von Livna.org installieren:

yum install kmod-fglrx

X-Server beenden:

init 3

Als Root anmelden und dann den Treiber aktivieren:

ati-fglrx-config-display enable

Treiber konfigurieren (Singlehead):

aticonfig --initial

X-Server starten:

init 5

/etc/xorg.conf editieren:

• Section "Modules", "DRI" und "Extensions" ergänzen (am Besten dazu mit der Musterkonfiguration vergleichen)

Nach den Änderungen empfielt sich ein Neustart des Systems. Danach müsste der Treiber und die 3D-Unterstützung funktionieren.
